Location Policy

Our services are offered within a 10-mile radius from Grand Central Station, excluding New Jersey. However, if your creative journey leads you outside this area, we’re all ears! Feel free to reach out, and together, we’ll explore other possibilities. We’re committed to finding ways to make your vision come to life, even if it ventures beyond our usual stomping grounds.

Location Rentals and Licensing

LLG Studios is not responsible for any costs associated with location rentals, permits, or licensing unless expressly agreed upon in advance and the filming is taking  place in LLG Studios’ All-Black Room.

Additional locations (only within a 5 mile radius)

For a production that involves transferring between locations, we charge an extra fee of $50 per transfer. This fee covers the logistics and resources required to seamlessly transition from one site to another, ensuring a smooth and efficient production process.

It’s important to note that the travel time between locations does not count against the total production time that you have booked. Our goal is to maximize the time we spend capturing your vision and delivering a high-quality end product.

Additionally, we want to bring to your attention that any location rentals and necessary licensing, if required, are the client’s responsibility. Prior to the shoot, please ensure that all required permissions and clearances are obtained for each location involved in the production.

Late Policy

The production is scheduled in advance from a specific start time to a specific end time and it is imperative that the client arrives on time. The scheduled production times are fixed and will not be extended if the client is late. Any delays caused by the client’s tardiness may impact the overall production quality and may not be compensable.

If a client wishes to extend the production beyond the agreed-upon end time, they may request an extension, subject to LLG Studios availability. An additional fee will apply for production extensions ($85 for every 15 minutes of additional filming) and payment must be arranged in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are eligible for a full refund of their Purchasing Price if they cancel their order within 24 hours of service purchase. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.

Rescheduling is permitted up to 7 days before the Production start time, based on availability, without incurring any additional fees. For rescheduling within 7 days of the Production start time, a $100 fee will be applied. If rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of the Production start time, a fee equal to the full cost of the purchased production will be charged.

We want you to know that we value fairness and transparency in our partnership. If, for any unexpected reason, we, as the service provider, need to reschedule, the same policies apply. We believe in treating each other with respect, and this approach ensures that scheduling changes are fair and transparent for both parties.

Additional revisions

Pre-Production Package:

If you’ve opted for our pre-production package, it includes two complimentary revisions for the creation of the story and characters. We believe in fine-tuning the details to align perfectly with your vision. After the initial two revisions, each additional revision will be charged at $50.

Post-Production Package:

For clients who have selected our post-production package, we include two rounds of revisions for the edits. This ensures that the final product meets your expectations. Should you require further modifications beyond the initial two revisions, each additional revision will be charged at $50.

FCP basic effects and transitions list

Additive dissolve, Cross dissolve, Dip to black, Dip to white, Film dissolve, Non-additive dissolve, Zoom-in, Zoom-out, Brightness and contrast.

Scene Partners

The client is solely responsible for arranging, coordinating, and managing any scene partners involved in the production process unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

LLG Studios will focus on the filming aspect and assumes no responsibility for the selection, availability, or actions of scene partners unless explicitly specified in the agreed-upon project scope.

Props and Set Elements

Any props, set elements, or additional items required for the production must be provided and managed by the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

LLG Studios will not be held accountable for the procurement, quality, or suitability of any props or set elements unless explicitly specified in the agreed-upon project scope.

Liability

LLG Studios shall not be liable for any issues arising from the client’s scene partners, props, or other elements not directly under LLG Studios’ control. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, releases, or licenses related to the use of scene partners, props, or locations during the production.
