Q: What’s included in your Scene Production packages?

A: Our Scene Production packages are designed to make your vision come to life in a concise and impactful manner. Choose from three distinct packages, each including pre-production, production, and post-production services. Whether it’s a 30,  60 or a 90-second scene, our packages cover set-up, filming, and editing. We offer flexibility to cater to various needs, providing an ideal platform for creative expression. With two rounds of revisions included, our Scene Production packages ensure a seamless and engaging visual storytelling experience tailored to your unique ideas.

Q: Can I purchase Pre-Production, Production, and Post-Production services separately?

A: Absolutely! We offer the flexibility to purchase each phase of our services individually. Whether you’re focusing on crafting the perfect story in Pre-Production, capturing moments during the Production phase, or fine-tuning your project in Post-Production, you can tailor your experience to suit your specific needs.

Q: Can I customize a package?

A: Absolutely! We love tailoring our services to match your unique vision. If our pre-made packages don’t quite fit, let’s chat about creating a customized plan that suits your needs, along with a personalized quote.

Q: What’s your location policy for productions?

A: Our services are offered within a 10-mile radius from Grand Central Station, excluding New Jersey. However, we’re open to exploring other possibilities. If your creative journey leads you outside this area, reach out, and let’s discuss how we can make your vision come to life.

Q: Do you offer additional revisions for pre-production and post-production?

A: Yes, we do! Both our pre-production and post-production packages include two rounds of revisions. If you need further modifications beyond the initial two revisions, each additional revision will be charged at $50.

Q: What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a production?

A: Clients are eligible for a full refund if they cancel within 24 hours of service purchase. Rescheduling is permitted up to 7 days before the production start time without additional fees. For rescheduling within 7 days, a $100 fee will be applied. For rescheduling within 24 hours of the Production start time, a fee equal to the full cost of the purchased production will be charged.

Q: Can I choose my own music or themes for my video?

A: Absolutely! We encourage you to share your ideas, whether it’s specific music, themes, or any special requests. Your input is valuable in creating a video that reflects your artistic identity.

Q: What’s included in the basic effects and transitions for music videos?

A: Our post-production packages come with basic transitions and video effects, including additive dissolve, cross dissolve, dip to black, dip to white, film dissolve, zoom-in, zoom-out, brightness, and contrast.

A: While each project is unique, our pre-made packages offer a general timeframe. Pre-Production typically concludes within three days, ensuring we refine the story and characters. The Production phase is usually done within one day, capturing the essence of your project. Post-Production, where we bring everything together, may take up to five days for editing and revisions. Keep in mind that these timeframes are estimates, and we strive to deliver a high-quality final product efficiently. For more accurate timelines, contact us with the specifics of your project.

Q: What is LLG Studios’ role when it comes to managing scene partners during the production process?

A: At LLG Studios, we’re all about capturing your vision on film! When it comes to scene partners, the client takes the lead in arranging, coordinating, and managing them unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.

Q: Does LLG Studios handle the selection or availability of scene partners?

A: Nope! We’re your film crew, not talent scouts. LLG Studios doesn’t take responsibility for choosing or making scene partners available unless we’ve explicitly agreed to do so in the project scope. Our expertise is all about making you look fantastic on screen!

Q: Who’s responsible for bringing props and set elements to the production?

A: That’s all you! The client takes the spotlight in providing and managing props, set elements, or any extras needed for the production, unless we’ve worked out a different plan. We’re here to capture the magic, but the props? That’s your department.

Q: Does LLG Studios cover the costs of location rentals or permits?

A: Generally, no. Unless we’ve specifically agreed to it in advance, any costs related to location rentals, permits, or licensing are on the client.

Q: What if something goes wrong with scene partners, props, or other elements during production?

A: We get it; sometimes things don’t go as planned. But, LLG Studios isn’t in the director’s chair for scene partners, props, or other elements beyond our control. For those, the client is the star, handling any permissions, releases, or licenses needed during production.

Q: Can LLG Studios help with hiring scene partners or renting locations for my production?

A: Contact us if you need any additional help, and we’ll see what we can do. We’re here to guide you through the production process but keep in mind that any additional help might require an additional cost.

Q: Can LLG Studios suggest some location rentals for my production?

A: Peerspace is an excellent platform for location rentals. Here are some options that could possibly work for your production: Studio 1, Studio 2, Studio 3.
