LLG Studios Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to LLG Studios, operated under the jurisdiction of New York law. These terms and conditions form a binding agreement governing the use of our website and services. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you expressly agree to adhere to these terms.

2. Service Agreement

2.1 Formation of Contract: Clients acknowledge and agree that by purchasing our services, a contractual agreement is formed between them and LLG Studios. This encompassing agreement includes but is not limited to the specific details of the selected package, pricing, and any additional terms discussed during consultations.

2.2 Liability: Clients acknowledge the inherent risks involved in any creative production and absolve LLG Studios from any liability in the case of accidents, damages, or theft during the production process or at any associated location. Clients are advised to take appropriate precautions to safeguard their belongings and well-being.

2.3 Indemnity: Clients expressly agree to indemnify and hold LLG Studios harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the utilization of our services. 

3. Client Satisfaction

While LLG Studios is committed to surpassing client expectations, it is understood that individual preferences may vary. LLG Studios is not held responsible if a client dislikes our services or finds them unsatisfactory.

4. Licensing

By engaging our services, clients grant LLG Studios non-exclusive licensing rights to all materials created during the pre-production, production and post-production process. This includes, but is not limited to, demo reels, scene productions, and music videos. Clients retain the right to use these materials for personal and promotional purposes.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

5.1 Cancellation: Clients are eligible for a full refund if they cancel within 24 hours of service purchase. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.

5.2 Rescheduling: Rescheduling is permissible up to 7 days before the production start time, subject to availability, without incurring additional fees. Rescheduling within 7 days may incur a $100 fee. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the production start time will result in a fee equal to the full cost of the purchased production.

6. No Legal Action

Clients expressly agree not to pursue legal action against LLG Studios or any of its employees for any reason, understanding that alternative dispute resolution mechanisms may be explored.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

LLG Studios reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to periodically review the terms for any changes.
